Trauma, no matter how minute it is can be difficult to deal with. I have never gone through anything like rape, or any of the other classic examples of trauma. But, I am divorced, I have dealt with over 3 years of the abuse of job searching (more on that later). I have been scammed more than once. And I did lose my dad, who was my everything. All of these, at least in my view, are a form or trauma. So, I decided to dig in…to discover, and to heal.
